How can customers access gift cards which were misplaced or never received?
Customers can click Resend gift cards from their order confirmation email. This link will only work if the order has been fulfilled.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Shipping and Returns
Due to the nature of these personalized and made to order items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you have an order issue, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.
When will my order ship?
Our standard processing times are 5-10 business days, not including holidays, weekends, or holidays. During November and December that can go up to 14 business days. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Once a packages is shipped, the time in transit depends on the shipping method offered at checkout.
What do I do if my USPS tracking number has not updated?
If you notice your tracking number has not updated in many days, please reach out to us at our customer service email address, mandamarker@gmail.com.
Does MandaMarkers offer returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of personalized products. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can rectify the situation.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
If you receive your order and it is damaged during shipment/delivery process, please take photos of the damage and send them in to our customer service email mandamarker@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please be aware that all sales are final
Once an order has been placed it cannot be combined or adjusted.
